D4E Eligibility Requirements:
D4E is available to Chicago residents aged 16 and older receiving SNAP, WIC, LIHEAP, Medicaid health insurance (ex: County care, or any public health insurance), FAFSA or public housing assistance.

The Truffula Club is excited to offer sponsorship for the Divvy4Everyone bike subscription to current KCP students! We will cover the $5 fee on a first-come, first-serve basis until our funds run out. If you are interested in this sponsorship, please follow the steps below and fill out the form provided.

Step 1: Login to the Divvy Website or create an account.
Click on the button below and go to the Divvy website. Log in or create an account.
Step 2: Submit a photo of your document for approval.
For this step, please select Chicago as your residence and add a photo of your document. Below is a list of acceptable documents :)
Documents you can submit:
Your Link Card: If you or your parents have a link card, just take a picture and upload it to get approved for the program.
WIC: If your family is enrolled in any Special Supplemental Nutrition Program, please ask your parent if they have any document they can upload for verification.
Discounted utility/LiHEAP: Here, you can upload your insurance card, ensure it is from a public insurance provider, such as County Care. If your parents qualify for rental assistance or any form of aid and can provide documentation, please upload that document under this category.
FAFSA:If you are a high school senior who has received financial aid and qualifies for the Pell Grant, please upload a screenshot of your Student Aid Report displaying your Student Aid Index.

Step 3: Wait for Your Application to be Approved ⏰
The approval process may take 1-3 business days. Watch for an email from Divvy with the subject "[Lyft] Re: Follow-up from Lyft."

Step 4: Request a one-time digital card from Truffula Club to pay for the fee.
If you are a current Kelly College Prep student or CPS student at a partner BPNC school, you can apply for the Truffula Club sponsorship to cover your $5 fee.

Step 5: Login to your Divvy Account to pay for the membership
Under the Divvy for Everyone section, click on "Select"
It'll take you to the page below. Just scroll down and click on "add new card." Enter the card info Truffula Club gave you, and you're all set!
Congratulations on embarking on your journey toward greener transportation and environmental sustainability! After making your payment, watch for a confirmation email from Divvy. Once received, just download the Lyft app to start enjoying your subscription!
